FULL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The ADHD Mind Simulation: Mental Tabs is a clinically-informed interactive experience that walks users through what an ADHD brain actually does when it's asked to focus on something uninteresting — not as a metaphor to read, but as a simulation to move through.
Five lenses. Each one shows the same mental architecture from a different angle. Users choose the one that pulls at them.
— Tabs: parallel thoughts, all running at once — Desktop: windows that stack but never close — Notifications: every stray thought arriving with the urgency of a push notification — Radio: multiple stations bleeding through at once, the listener with no control over which is loudest — Neurotypical lens: the same task, from the other side — for comparison
The simulation was designed from inside the neurodivergent experience, not about it. Language is drawn from the Au+DHD Reframe Lexicon — a clinical framework developed by Ms. T (Tahirat Nasiru, LCSW) that replaces deficit-based terminology with descriptions that reflect how neurodivergent people actually experience their own brains.

A NOTE ON LANGUAGE
The simulation uses terminology from the Au+DHD Reframe Lexicon. These terms are intentional clinical reframes developed by a licensed clinician. They are part of what makes this tool different from a generic explainer.
You are welcome to keep them in your adaptations. We strongly recommend it.
